Three of Gallifrey One's guests -- writers David Gerrold and Daniel Keys Moran and visual artist/set designer Karl Martin -- join us for a different sort of panel discussion blending a number of topics on matters of science fiction and the human heart & soul. From the impact of the social mores of Doctor Who and Star Trek and the unusual way these genres emphasize the role of the human conscience (and therefore why they've persisted for so long), to the nature of Facebook and other social media in bringing together the various social justice and moral tenets that guide much of today's SF literature, media and its fandom, this lively panel will dive into the very essence of humanity embodied in the shows we love, the fellow fans and consumers we relate to, and the crusade to make sure it all stays relevant to the human condition.
