At last year’s “Hero’s Timey-Wimey Journey” panel we talked about the Doctor as hero. But what about the other side of things? How do all the “losers” out there view the Doctor? We’ll discuss the character of the Doctor through the lens of those he leaves behind, the collateral damage he causes directly or not (think Satellite Five, for example) and how his actions have impacted the universe at large… because while he’s a hero, there may always be a cost.
